My Time At Kroger
Role: Product Designer
Discovered, researched, and designed both UI & UX for a multitude of customer-facing, and non-customer-facing experiences including Products, Savings, Tools, Accounts, and Support spaces.
From search pages, to coupon cards, to support ticketing software, I spent 4 years at Kroger shaping experiences that impacted millions of users.
I worked with some great designers and cross-functional partners to successfully accomplish our goals. With this page, I intend to provide a quick glimpse into the different types of projects I worked on while at Kroger.
Wire-frames on dot paper was a frequent part of our bi-weekly sprint cycle.
High quality, polished mock-ups were provided to developers to facilitate pixel perfect development.
All parts of a design were documented for handoff. Above, I detail the animation of an inline feedback message that shows for 5.5 seconds, fading in and then out. I would provide these to developers only when complex functionality was involved.
I lead the successful redesign of our account page, a vital page which provided important information for our users, and helped them get where they were trying to go.
